New respiratory regulations from the California Department of Pesticide Regulations are in effect January 1, 2008.  Most of the local county Agricultural Commissioners will not expect you to be in complete compliance by the first, but you must document your intent to be in compliance by receiving a letter of intent from Cardinal Safety Supply.
